Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training & certification develops participants into team leaders and problem-solvers who can regularly improve processes within their divisions and functions.

Our program steps through how to define performance problems, perform analysis to identify root causes, and implement cost-effective solutions to sustainably improve processes.

Lean Methods Institute is one of the few training organisations that offer Lean Service Design as part of the Green Belt curriculum.

Facilitated by experienced Master Black Belt-level instructors, this course has a practical and applied focus.

PDU Credits.

35 PDUs ^

If you hold PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification, you are required to earn 60 PDUs in a 3-year cycle.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Green Belt Practitioner Certification is provided through our partnership with the Australian Society for Quality (RTO ID 22526).  The certification is awarded to participants who have completed:

  1. Coursework

  2. AuSQ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt knowledge assessment

  3. A workplace improvement project

WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The workplace improvement project that can demonstrate application of appropriate tools at Green Belt level, and has achieved business benefits.

The project must remove waste, reduce defects, improve timeliness or achieve an important performance goal.
