Overview.

 

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training & certification prepares participants with the skills required to be a capable team member and contributor to a Lean or Six Sigma project by introducing them to the concepts and fundamental tools from the complementary domains of Lean and Six Sigma.

Participants engage in practical simulations and the application of a selection of process improvement tools. No prior qualifications or experience is required.

Business improvement team members, staff, team leaders and managers who wants to contribute effectively to a Lean or Six Sigma improvement project.

PDU Credits.

7 PDUs ^

If you hold PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification, you are required to earn 60 PDUs in a 3-year cycle.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Yellow Belt Certificate is provided through our partnership with the Australian Society for Quality (RTO ID 22526).  The certification is awarded to participants who have completed:

  2. Case study project

WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Workplace improvement project is not required.
