This program provides participants with the skills required to contribute effectively to a Lean or Six Sigma improvement project.
Overview.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training & certification prepares participants with the skills required to be a capable team member and contributor to a Lean or Six Sigma project by introducing them to the concepts and fundamental tools from the complementary domains of Lean and Six Sigma.
Participants engage in practical simulations and the application of a selection of process improvement tools. No prior qualifications or experience is required.
