Lean Agile Scrum Master training provides the core skills and tools needed to support the team as moderator and coach in a Lean & Agile work environment.

Training Level

Expert

Duration

2 Days

Prerequisite

None

Overview.

Scrum Master training covers the Lean Agile Delivery framework, tools and skills required for leading improvement initiatives or running routine day-to-day work activities.

Unlike traditional Agile courses that focus heavily on software development, our unique course specifically emphasise the use of Agile methods in non-software development applications such as managing sales & marketing processes and handling complaint lifecycles.

The practitioner class explores in-depth the roles and responsibilities in Scrum with a deep dive into the role of the ScrumMaster. Participants will learn to streamline their workflow by combining the artefacts of Agile methods with the tools of Lean.

Further, through hands-on simulations, participants will complete the full Lean Agile cycle, practically applying the knowledge learned.
