Lean Methods Institute’s Change Leadership course helps you become a stronger and more capable change leader - providing the necessary tools, techniques and skills you need to lead change in your organisation.

This course is based on the LETS™ Change Facilitation framework provides a clear, consistent and pragmatic way to manage the 4 phases of managing change initiatives: Lead, Engage, Transit and Sustain.

Through a workshop environment, you participate in powerful games, exercises, evaluations, practice sessions, meaningful interactions, and a change simulation exercise.
